The COMCE creates the Technical Committee on IT and Innovation and announces the appointment of HCLTech’s VP and Country Head of Mexico, Pablo Gallegos, as its President.
Mexico City, March 8, 2025; COMCE (Mexican Business Council for Foreign Trade, Investment and Technology, A.C.) is announcing HCLTech Mexico’s participation in the Technical Committee on ICTs and Innovation that focuses on the digital transformation and innovation projects that COMCE and its associates plan to develop at the national level.
COMCE is characterized by its commitment to building a solid business environment where innovation, sustainability and digital transformation are drivers of growth. The agenda of the Technical Committee on ICTs and Innovation, headed by Pablo Gallegos, Vice President and Country Head of Mexico, HCLTech, will focus on, among other things, streamlining the business conditions of the private initiative to favor foreign investment in all industries from a vision of innovation, technological adoption and taking advantage of the economic opportunities that occur in Mexico due to its privileged location in North America.
COMCE Technology Committee will collaborate with HCLTech Mexico on initiatives that promote the strengthening and integration of national and regional value chains, with technology and innovation as the main enablers, development of human talent and promotion of training, special focus on sustainability, strengthening of infrastructure and logistics capacities, the attraction of high value-added foreign direct investment (FDI) and the promotion of the integration of Mexican companies into North American supply chains.
